Connie Marthinsen has provided leadership for many key training initiatives in R&D that reduced time to release products by increasing productivity and efficiency.

Value: faster mean time to resolution (MTTR). Delivered updates to customers more quickly resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
Outcome: Facilitated an R&D team to develop an internal DevOps curriculum.

Value: The training enabled R&D to accelerate their time to market to deliver their portfolio in the cloud.
Outcome: As R&D transitioned their product portfolio to the Cloud, I was involved in identifying the e-learning platform that provided the best training to meet our needs. Served as a liaison with the selected vendor to manage the onboarding and rollout.

Value: Reduces liability, protects existing revenue from customers, helps R&D meet compliance requirements which help secure contracts with customers, particularly in regulated industries and government.
Outcome: Shepherded the development, rollout, and oversight of a multi-phased software security program that included internal content and content from a third-party vendor.

Value: My Negotiation skills reduced cost and provided flexible onboarding of licenses for selected learning platform. The learning platform helped to assess and address skills gaps for a more productive workforce with the skills they need.
Outcome:
Led the process to select a vendor who could be most effective in addressing skills gaps in R&D.
Managed and negotiated the contract.
Led the onboarding, approval process for issuing licenses, communication strategy, & Test Engineer rollout
Facilitated a program to conduct a skills assessment for this group of employees which led each learner to content that was specific to their gaps in knowledge.
